Privacy and your information

This notice explains the processing associated with this website and correspondence with its publisher.

Who is responsible

Pavilionfeedcomet Landscape Media Ltd, 31 High Street, Exeter, EX4 3LN, UK, company no. 15739482, is the controller for personal information it receives through editorial correspondence. Contact [email protected] for privacy questions or rights requests.

The property-context tool

The tool constructs a plain-text draft in your browser. Its page script does not submit form entries, send them to an assessment service, or save them in cookies or localStorage. Copying places the text on your device clipboard; downloading creates a file on your device. You control subsequent sharing. Your browser, extensions, operating system or shared-device settings may separately retain form values, clipboard contents or downloads.

Avoid including precise security details, special-category information or information about other people that is unnecessary for your purpose. Closing or reloading the page may remove the draft, although browser restoration behavior varies.

Email and correspondence

If you email us, we receive the address, message, attachments and related email metadata you provide. We use this information to respond, investigate corrections and maintain relevant editorial or business records. Our usual lawful basis is legitimate interests in managing correspondence and publishing accurate information. A legal obligation may provide a separate basis where applicable. Do not send emergency requests or unnecessary sensitive information.

Website delivery and service providers

Delivering a website involves processing technical information such as an IP address, requested resource, time and browser information. Hosting and email providers may process this information to deliver, secure and troubleshoot their services. This site's own page scripts do not add analytics, advertising trackers, third-party fonts or embedded social widgets.

We do not sell personal information. Service providers may receive information where needed to provide hosting, email or professional support, subject to appropriate arrangements. Information may also be disclosed where legally required. Where processing involves international transfers, applicable safeguards must be used.

Retention and security

Correspondence is kept only as long as reasonably necessary for its purpose, relevant follow-up and applicable legal or recordkeeping requirements. Retention depends on the nature of the enquiry rather than a single period for every message. Access should be limited to those who need it. No website, email service or storage method can promise absolute security.

Your rights

Subject to applicable law and exemptions, you may request access, correction, erasure, restriction or portability of your personal information, and object to processing based on legitimate interests. We may need proportionate information to verify identity. Where consent is the legal basis for a separate activity, it can be withdrawn without affecting earlier lawful processing.

You may complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office or the relevant supervisory authority where you live. Please contact us if you would first like to raise a concern directly.

Following an external source link takes you to a service with its own privacy practices. This notice may change when site functions or processing change. See the separate Cookies page for the storage behavior of the supplied site code.
